App Builder Direct, LLC dba Instant Recall App (“Instant Recall”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects your personal data and demographic information (the “Data”) directly from you (“you”, “your”, or the “User”), through our mobile application (the “App”) and our website (the “Website”), and distributes the Data in a manner that respects your privacy and choices. This Privacy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
The Data will be stored until your App is deleted. Any time your Data is shared, we will use a pseudonymized ID to recognize you and your Devices without allowing a Purchaser to know your real identity.

We sell the Data to companies for advertising, analytics, and research at fair market value and in turn a portion of this revenue is given to you. The service providers indicated in the chart, and the tracking technologies they use may change from time to time and we may engage new or different service providers from time to time. We intend to update this Privacy Policy periodically, but the chart below may be out of date. We take physical, technological, and administrative measures to protect the information you provide through the Site against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, disclosure or modification. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or guarantee that information on the Site may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Instant Recall reserves the right in its sole discretion to retain the Data indefinitely unless it is required to delete by law for the purpose of analysis and marketing.
You must be 16 years of age or older to use the App. No one under age 16 may provide any information to the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 16. If you are under 16, do not use, register, or provide any information on the Website or App. In compliance with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. § 6501.06 and 16 C.F.R. §§ 312.1 - 312.12, our Website and App are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. By using our Platform, you represent that you are not younger than 16. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides additional privacy protections for
California consumers, including: 1. the right to see what personal information we have about you, your computer or device (i.e., the right to know), 2. the right to delete the information we have about you, your computer or device (i.e., the right to delete) and 3. the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information about you, your computer or device to certain third parties (i.e., the right to opt-out from sales of your information). We do not discriminate against you if you exercise any of the above rights.
The CCPA defines personal information broadly and as such, it includes pseudonymous identifiers such as cookie IDs and mobile advertising IDs. Under the CCPA, your request to see the personal information that we have about you may include: (1) specific pieces of personal information that we may have about you; (2) categories of personal information we have collected about you; (3) categories of sources from which the personal information is collected; (4) categories of personal information that we sold or disclosed for a business purpose about you; (5) categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold or disclosed for a business purpose under the CCPA; and (6) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.

All Data Instant Recall has about you from the App, you may log onto the App and visit your
account settings. The Data can be downloaded from your account settings.
You may request that we stop selling your personal information (“opt-out”). To opt-out of a data point from being sold or shared, you may delete the App. You may also request that all Data associated with your account be deleted except to the extent you have any numerations remaining in your account wallet, we will retain information related to such balance and your related transaction history. To otherwise comply with applicable law or our business or legal obligations. To establish, exercise or defend any legal claims or actions. The personal information you provide or we collect from you is instrumental to the purposes for which you provide it and is necessary to ensure the security and proper operation of the App and the integrity of transaction occurring on the platform. Your personal information will be stored by us until you chose to modify or exercise your right to have such information deleted as described in this Privacy Policy.
Most personal information capable of being accessed and viewed on the App is also capable of being modified, corrected or completed directly on the App after logging in using your access credentials. With regard to other personal information that you provide or we collect from you, if inaccurate or incomplete, we will correct or complete such information after we receive a specific request from you made to Privacy@instantrecalls.com.
You cannot be denied services, just because you exercised your rights on your Data. However, if you ask Instant Recall to delete or stop selling your Data, and that Data is necessary for us to provide you with compensation, we may not be able to complete the transaction.
We may update this policy from time to time, and the updated version of this policy will be effective upon posting. Please check this page/the App to review the most up-to-date version of this policy. By continuing to use the Website/the App after an updated version has been posted, you agree to be bound by the changes to this privacy policy.
We are based in the United States, and this Privacy Policy will be interpreted in accordance with
the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States.
